A new house in proposed to be situated within a mandarin grove in edge of village plot in Turkey. On the lower level the house is conceived as an open living room within the landscape. Due to future encroachment on neighbouring plots, the upper bedroom level is made inward looking and wrapped in a freeform structure of planting. The main spaces will be formed from a local stone working with the rough and smooth textures of the material to delineate inside and outside space.
